Nope, it needs to be done one at a time.
If you can, try doing it after midnight (Eastern US Time), download is faster because servers are less busy.
It definitely can be achieve, to download all games available for a certain system, I've done it, pretty fast actually.

I love this place. I am just wondering if there is an easier way of downloading a whole library? If that is dumb I am sorry. It is the completionist in me. Thank you for any responses.
