The Xbox 360 vault is based on the Redump project's database, and they don't have an ISO of the US release of that game in their database at the moment. The Wii, PS2, PS3, and PSP versions of the game are in the Vault, and the Asian 360 release is as well.
"The Bigs" (arcade style Major League Baseball game) on Xbox 360 is not listed. I don't see it noted in the missing games either. "The Bigs 2" is there for 360 but not the first game.
