The Internet Archive has (almost) a complete Redump PS2 USA archive (apparently it's missing the Jak and Daxter Complete Trilogy bundle, although all three of those games are still there separately.)

I don't know which version of the game is included here. The PS2 never got a 3.0 release, just 1.03 and 2.01, the latter of which simply removed the unused Hot Coffee assets and fixed a few bugs. You'll have to download and check for yourself which version it is.
