Aha! Im glad I perused the message boards, Im looking for a copy of two very specific XBLA games I played the trials of ages ago and this information is very helpful thank you! Here is to hoping one day we see these titles on Vimms!

The 360 and PS3 vaults are currently limited to physical releases. My best guess is that this is because XBLA and PSN haven't shut down their servers for these consoles yet.
You can find archives of both on the Internet Archive, and for PSN, there's also NoPayStation which retrieves content directly from Sony's servers. These would be your best bet to get content that is unaltered, however you should remember that 360 and PS3 emulation still has its limits, so make sure to check compatibility lists and report any bugs you encounter.
