The website is archive.org, but I'll save you some time. None of the XBLA collections on there seem to have it, perhaps because No-Intro doesn't have a verified copy yet. If you're trying to emulate it, you should also know that according to the compatibility list, Xenia is currently only able to boot to the menu.

XBLA is still available on 360 for another couple of months, so you can still buy the game if you have a 360. If you don't have a 360, you should probably get a version of the game that you can actually run.
