It's really easy to miss but it's there, for example if you go to metal gear solids page if you look at all the information (like the region and number of people that can play) you'll see a "Disk #" section and it has a drop down menu of if you want to download disk 1 or 2, sorry if I didn't explain well enough and I'm sorry if my English isn't the best. I hope that i helped you.
