FFIX request

It says you provide a US/Canada version of your FFIX roms on PSX. I am trying to patch a mod onto this rom and the patch is exclusive to the US release. My patch program says that it's the wrong rom. Is your FFIX rom not the US release? Or is there a US/Canada release subsequent and different?
