Nintendo DS Library Complete?

Currently downloading the entire library for the Nintendo DS and only have ~600 more games to go. A few hours ago they had a few games missing and now the library says 100%. I'm assuming that Vimm will be making an announcement on it soon but it's just wild to me to have the library completed when I'm downloading it.
