They wouldn't issue DMCA takedown requests without the permission of their member organizations. Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft and Sega never left the ESA in the first place, they just stopped participating in the E3 trade show.
It seems like the ESA cucks are kissing ass to their former E3 partners (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo and SEGA) hoping to win them back.
The ESA owns the ESRB rating system. AND were the main organizers of E3.
