Remember that you can use Redump and No-Intro to ensure that you have known good dumps of games when you download them from other sites. They don't offer downloads themselves, but they do list hashes of known good ROMs to compare with your own ROMs.

I am also doing the same and building my own server sized library of many platforms. Don't forget that there are other sites out there in which to find roms that are missing from here. the titles i have been working on since this took place i have found elsewhere. i am not going to post sites here as i would rather say go and hunt for yourself I did. I don't want to expose them to this headache.
