They're an organization that represents most of the big triple-A video game manufacturers. They blocked the games because these games were being distributed without their permission, and under copyright law they have the right to do that.

I tried to download some games for ps3 but almost all of them were blocked by a message that says "Download unavailable at the request of the Entertainment Software Association" What is ESA? And why they blocked almost all games?
