this was i believe to be a targeted attack but since i chose not to store passwords or credit card info on my pc when someone got past my firewall and got nothing they ebombed my pc. i had to use a windows restore point to fix it because they trashed my registry

i've experienced random executable windows pop up like crazy now n then, my computer randomly blacks out every once in a while and it takes a minute for it to turn back on, when i try shutting it down sometimes it doesn't and just restarts instead or the screen will go black and it won't shut down at all. But every time it restarts, it's suddenly faster again. Late hours in the day into the evening is when my computer lags a ton. Doesn't help that whenever i type something on my keyboard, my jerk neighbors bash the walls or their dog starts howling like crazy. I live in a very stress filled enviorment.
