BSNES should be able to do it. It can play MSU-1 hacks so I imagine widescreen hacks are no problemo. The only ones i know about that are widescreen are Super Metroid and Super Mario World.
It's nice, though the HUD doesn't extend to the edges of the screen, it still looks the same as it was in 4:3. :(
