There could be. Video game publishers reserve the right to issue takedown requests. Video games as a medium aren't old enough for any of their copyrights to have expired yet, so the only ones in the public domain are the ones whose developers have explicitly stated that they are relinquishing their copyright, and that's a tiny fraction of published works in the medium.

I haven't heard a word since the June 5th purge.
