GameFaqs also has save files for games. It's how i was able to play MVC2 on Dreamcast with the full roster unlocked at the start. Of course i needed another program to manage the VMU files, but once that was set up, redream played it just fine. I can't wait for the collection to come out soon. Amazon just says the release date is December 31st. That has to be just a placeholder.
GBATemp has save files for all sorts of games.
