It's possible that you need to convert the game to an ISO rather than have it be a WBFS file.

For some reason, some games really don't like being in WBFS format when installed on a modded Wii U. Super Paper Mario will freeze on file select and Pokémon Battle Revolution won't let you get into the first battle, just for some examples

My suggestion is either use Teconmoon's Wii VC injector v3.0.1 to convert the game into a full ISO file, or use WBFS to ISO to convert the game that way.

There is a compatibility list you can look up on GBAtemp but Centipede: Infestation doesn't seem to be on that list, I'm not 100% sure what the rules for posting external links here are on this site so just look up "Wii U VC Compatibility list" and it should be one of the top links.

I have 5 wbfs roms on my Wii U's SD Card. 4 games work perfect through the latest version of USB Loader GX, but "Centipede: Infestation" freezes the Wii U or boots me back to homebrew channel every time.

I tried another site that had a slightly larger rom image of the same game and still does same thing.

Anyone out there have a modded Wii U with USB Loader GX to test?

Is there a compatibility list somewhere i can reference to see what it says about this game's compatibility with my setup?
