This was part of the recent DMCA spam that the Vault suffered. Good news is that it looks like Vimm is now taking measures to keep copyright bots from scraping the site.
Iv never seen this before on here but Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga has "been taken down by the request of sega"? Is this recent? I hope its not gonna become more common untill something happens to the vault like it did with citra
