Xbox demo for Star Wars Battlefront II

Hey, all!
I was browsing the Xbox section in The Vault and noticed, that there is an obscure Star Wars: Battlefront II demo missing. It is also not present in the Missing Media section. This demo was found on the second disc from a collector's edition of the movie Star Wars III: Revenge of The Sith. When put in a regular DVD player, the disc played as a normal movie, containing bonus features like trailers, documentaries, music videos, etc. But when put into an Xbox it booted into a demo of the aforementioned game.
My question is the following:
How do I upload this missing demo to The Vault? I own the original collector's edition of the movie and have dumped the disc in it's entirety.
