has CHD been considered for the vault?

after going through the vault ive got about 7,000 games, before finding CHD i would LZMA2 7zip max compress everything which saves around 70% on average, with CHD, CD based games i use 12 different levels of compressing to find which is best for each game and 10 for DVD based games, which on average saves around 65%+, an on pc they all seem to add no load times, though on my s24+ the psx adds no load times but ppspp gets choppy
