Try booting in "Safe Mode", and then go to the Start menu. Select the "Run" function, and have it use the program "msconfig". In "Startup" or "Services" should be the program(s) that have led to your predicament. Just un-checkmark the problem programs, and then restart.

the preparing to uninstall screen disappears and the program is left on my computer.the program is PC fix speed system optimizer. how do get rid of it there are also a few games i want to get rid of but when i try it says
