From what I've seen online it seems to be a Japanese only game.
However, the EPForums seems to have a copy, but you need to log in so I'm not sure if it's still up.

There isn't a PSP option for some reason, anyway, this is a visual novel inspired by one of the best romantic comedy slice of life anime
