Citra looks like a work in progress. Some games work, but a whole lot don't (or haven't been tested). If people are ripping the files, it's probably more in anticipation more than anything else.

I've heard of 3DS ROMs, and I was wondering if 3DS emulation has been achieved or people just ripped the files in anticipation.
