USB Loader GX wont read my games

So basically i just recently downloaded USB loader GX to my sd card, but for some reason it wont read any of my gamecube games that i put on there (Nintendont reads them just fine). Is there something else i need to put on the usb? (i put the boot.dol file and then the game on the usb)
