Can't get latest version of Dolphin to run.

Hi. I just updated Dolphin and now it will not run. I also tried reinstalling it, but have the same issue.
It has something to do with an error that says that a file called VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is not in my computer.
Anyone else run into this? How do I fix it?
