Freeze When Starting a New Game
Disc images that have been converted to the NKit format will freeze when attempting to start a new game. This is a problem with NKit, not Dolphin. Converting the disc image back to a non-NKit disc image will fix the problem. See issue 11900.

Downloaded the Super Paper Mario nkit.iso from here and the Dolphin build on the emulation lair. It works fine up until you create your new file after which it black screens, FPS drops to 0 and just a constant beep is heard. I don't know it stops working only after you create a file save but works fine to start.
