Clear cache or restart your device and see if its a fix.

I know people got this message when they tried downloading big file games, but this "You're currently downloading a game. Please wait until you can download another." error is annoying. I did wait several times and i want to do this the fastest way, unlike other romsites. Is there a workaround or what is the reason?
