Which program are you using to extract them?
It's possible your antivirus program is doing something to the files when you extract them
A screen shot of what's wrong uploaded to imgur would probably help a lot

when I Downloaded a PS2 ISO it appears in a broken form with "CVM" "CNF" and "21" files. I've tried this from multiple different places but get the same result if anyone knows how to fix it or knows what I did wrong, please respond.
