Honestly, PCSX2 is just one of those emulators that needs a bit of tinkering done to it every now and then and I've never heard of a front end doing that automatically for you
The only one I can think of that does something kind of like that is Lutris. It's for Linux and it will set things up for you, including on a per game basis, but it won't do that with the emulators, just your Steam/GOG games

With many of the PS2 games needing configurations or fixes to run properly, can anyone recommend a good frontend program that allows pre-configurations before the game is launched?
I have tired some, but with very mixed results!
