It's probably looking fine tbh. That site was charging money for ROMs that were for systems still commercially sold, like the Nintendo Switch. Currently Vimms only hosts ROMs for consoles/handhelds that are over a decade old.

Just wanted to ask what the future of vimms is looking like? With them absolutely destroying that guy with $150,000 fine per rom. What does this mean for game preservation? Its tragic to watch a multi billion dollar industry complain about rom sharing of classic games that hobbyists would like to preserve. I almost never play them but feel happy knowing I have multiple copies
