Pokemon Black 2

I'm not on a rom, but on my copy of Pokemon Black 2, I think it might be showing the literal translation of the japanese version of the text for Nursery Aide June at the ferris wheel in Nimbasa. Is this a normal thing, or did I somehow get a beta copy with only literal translations?
