How do I actually load PS3 games on RPCS3?

Hello fellas, yesterday I downloaded Dark Souls from Vimm to play it on RPCS3, I watched a tutorial but the guy didn't have the same files as I did. So, where do I have to put the PS3_GAME folder and the PS3_DISC.SFB file? Thanks.
