Not sure what a PGN is but all modern operating systems include a basic image editor so I don't feel the need to reinvent that wheel.
I spent about half an hour on copying all the pages of my Mario party 8 booklet but won't let me upload them because they are slightly different sizes. It would be easier if I could just upload them and edit them to the right size on the website. I don't have editing tools, so this would be a great help. Not to mention I have another 6 or 7 manuals left to scan and this feature would not only help your cause, but mine too.
