I meant rar. I had it on Vita forever ago but Vimm doesn't do vita games right? It was only ever digital in the US so unless someone has a PSN copy, the closest I could find was a copy that is in .pkg extension for JP PSP.

RAR files aren't ROM files, they're compressed files. And I can assure you I, in Europe, bought Tokyo Jungle.
