They just do it as a joke, why do think that Chicken Little for the GBA has such a high rating?

Whats up with some of the ratings for games like Metal Gear solid 2 and 3? Even the expanded versions have terrible ratings. Are people just down voting them because they are popular or is there something wrong with the rims themselves? I see that with the original crash games as well for PS1
