Shrek Super Party for Gamecube

I'm having an issue with the iso for Shrek's Super Party on Gamecube. It loads and the menus work fine, but freezes instantly once gameplay starts.
I've tried on both Dolphin and a modded Wii U, and it freezes at the same spot. I also deleted and redownloaded, but it does the same thing.
I've used over 10 other Gamecube isos with this setup and they all run flawlessly, so I'm thinking it's the file itself but still not sure. If anyone has tips or could try to run it themselves and report back I'd greatly appreciate it!
(Terrible game, I know....but it has sentimental value for a friend lol)
