I'm going to try a clean re-install and see if that works. I have a PowerSpec1530, 64 bit with an IntelCoreI7-10875H 2.30 GHZ. NVIDIA 2070 SuperMax Graphics Card that should be able to play NCAA 14.

See if your issue is here. Digital version is noted as "ingame" whilst physical is noted as "playable", not sure if they should be different but that's what they say. What are your specs though? Certain things could be hindering you like an iGPU.
