Unfortunately, Vimm's Lair only allows games 2 generations below, aka, Wii/360/Ps3 era.
When the PS6 releases we will be in a state of PS4/XBO/WiiU & Switch era being 2 generations to apply.

Ot top of that, you can put pkg. files ( those pill things with the game in them that install the game on the system) on a flash drive from a modified console I believe, so downloading all of those and moving them that way might work too.
