what search engine and application are you using to download. (eg, google, google chrome)

Ive been trying to download some ps2 isos and they show up as as internet explorer files in downloads and I cant bring them up with PCSX2. I was wondering is there something obvious Im not getting here? Am I missing something.
I just got a new computer and I didnt have this issue with the old one so Im sure theres something here Im forgetting.
