Download Speeds

I understand there are many posts here with download speed complaints, However. With the new addition of PS3 games to the site, it might be necessary to look into higher download speeds. It limits me to 1mb/s and that can be troublesome with titles that are 10Gb+. These take several hours to download each. Is there any consideration for better options when it comes to download speed? Perhaps limiting large title downloads per hour or per day to allow for better download speeds on specifically large file sizes?
