Tools to split the file

You guys can split the file while in the zip or 7z on PC or Android using zarchiver..... Games in 30-10GB is too hard to download... If it was in split at least 2GB I can download download 6-10GB each night before I can complete the all files..... I hope you hear my call,help and do something about it... Thank you
Please I highly recommended that PS3 games above 3GB should split into part for example,if the game is in 5GB you guys should split the file at least 2GB,2GB and 1GB to make it simple to download...... The reason for that i was downloading Saint row 4 PS3 5GB but when the downloading reach 3GB and something goes wrong with my network and quit and it has to start again at fresh ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
