Are you using a PS3 system with CFW or HEN, or are you using RPCS3?

If you're using CFW, are you using latest Evilnat 4.88? There have been reports of some games not running properly using this CFW (Mainly WWE 2014 and one of the Rocksmith games). If so, you can try reporting the problem over at PSX-Place, but they'll probably ask you to test the original disc, which you probably don't have.

On HEN, I can't help you much since I am not familiar with it (never used it). Maybe look for some posts on PS3_hombrew or PSX-Place about it (you need to create an account at PSX-Place in order to look for posts/comments).

On RPCS3, look at the game compatibility list (it says the EU version of the game is playable, maybe not the NA?) You could report the problem, but again, they'll probably ask you about the original disc.

You can also try building the ISO with makeps3iso, if all else fails. It seems to work for most people that use it. Or, build the ISO with PS3-ISO-Rebuilder after retrieving the missing update file from here: https://archive.midnightchannel.net/SonyPS/Firmware/index.php?cat=CEX
(I think you need the version 1.80 Disc Dump, but check).

If nothing works, you might be stuck with the problem unless you buy the OG disc and ask for help.

Sorry for late response.

Yes I'm normally running my games straight from folder and I didn't have any issues until this game but thanks for the tip.

I did check the IRD and its all green, so I converted into ISO, checked the IRD again and still green and unfortunately: the game still having the same problem that I reported. I don't know if it is a anti-piracy method or other else.
