It's likely not your PC if you said there were glitches and bugs. It's possible that the rom may be bad but also not very likely I'm sure. What I would say is it's either that you should try to play around with the emulators settings maybe check a tutorial like go to YouTube and type "silent hill shattered memories pcsx2 settings", or it can be that it just is not compatible. But let me know how it goes and maybe I can try to help a bit good luck :))

Hi. I recently downloaded Pcsx2 to play silent hill: shattered memories but the game wouldn't run properly. I got all sorts of bugs and visual glitches, things disappearing all the time, etc...
I've been wondering what the problem could be. Is it the ROM? Is it the emulator? Or maybe it is my PC.
