I made a post abt this around a week ago. This is what I found out and how I worked around it. The IRD isn't required to build the game ISO. It's just a checklist to make sure the JB folder contains everything that is required. Which is a nice peace of mind. Use this link. It is a download that contains every PS3 .ird file for every region. It has came in very useful for me. Hope it helps

Hi there, the PS3 section has 404 errors for the IRD and Dkey downloads. I am unable to create a working iso from the JB folder. Are these missing due to the PS3 section server problems?
