Legend of Dragoon .cue & .bin files

Hi I downloaded the 4 disc for the legend of dragoon game and I'm having issues trying to combine the .cue & .bin files. I'm assuming this is the cause for the graphical issues that I'm having thus far. I took a look through the FAQ but didn't see or just didn't notice a previously asked question. So I was wondering if you had any advice for my current dilemma.
