The GameCube Vault now in Japanese

The GameCube Vault now holds every Japanese game ever released. Next up is Europe, and by the end of the month the whole world will be done. To keep things current a new listing for missing/obsolete games will make it easy to identify, and upload, newly cataloged or recataloged games.
