Uninstall all other browser and use the best browser, Microsoft Edge. When download fails due to HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response status code. WAIT some time then continue it will resume eventually!

sorry to break it to you but the site is wonky a f. had to restart my DL like 4 times after waiting 3 hours it failed and wont restart. wont be back. maybe try and fix it....garbage as of now though....
