Seems there's an error in the WiiWare dat as four entries are duplicated.
BBC iPlayer (Europe) (v512) (Channel)
Internet Channel (Japan) (v768) (Channel)
Internet Channel (Europe) (v768) (Channel)
Internet Channel (USA) (v768) (Channel)
Each has a matching "(Channel, Shortcut)" entry with the same hashes.

They should all be showing now. Just a couple left with funky names I need to sort out somehow.
