Nkit+Wii Partitions and Wii Games

How come when you try to unzip the Nkit with wii partitions after you downloaded it, you get an error in the unzipping software saying the files corrupt (i've tried both 7zip and Winrar)? Also how come when you try to convert wii games from nkit format to iso in the nkit software, you get an error saying its "unverified" and "failed"?
