i checked in wiki, it says that Disc 1 contains MGS4, and in the vault MGS4 is "Download unavailable at the request of the Entertainment Software Association", i think that's why there's only Disc 2 available for download
it seems that's the case here, i'm currently downloading it. just realized it after reading your post, and i've waited 4 hours lol, thanks btw
