theres a number of APK sites for android, most of which have discontinued games. iOS im not so sure

Is anybody aware of efforts out there for preserving smart phone games(specifically ios)? Games like Infinity Blade, Call of Duty: World at War - Zombies, and Dreamscape are no longer available via the app store, and it seems like there's not a viable way of playing those games again. I haven't been very successful in finding much info on any projects related to saving these games.
